Anyone have problems with these guys getting paid. It has been over 24 hours since they said they recieved my ID by email. I called them today but they seem to be dragging this out (How hard is it to look at an drivers license). They said they recieve a lot of ID's everyday. I find that hard to believe everyone is requesting 1st time payouts everyday. The thing that sucks is that I cannot even request a payout until they verify the ID. Meanwhile I have alot of funds that are tied up until they take care of this. I talked to a rep Paul U. and he was rude and no help at all. When all this is taken care of will probably be Friday or maybe even later. This in my book is not a B+ book. I have never been this slow paid even when I first started with Royal Sports. Its a good thing I got out of that book.

Do I have anything to worry about because I feel like they are trying to avoid the payout as long as possible (slow payout)?

This to me just doesn't seem normal compared to other A-B books. Even other exhanges are quicker, tradesports withdrawals take an hour or two. This is definitely something they need to work on. To take 2 days to check ID is absolutely sorry.

It's because of their geographical location constraints - Mansion need photo ID before processing the first withdrawal, after that it's plain sailing. Similarly with TheGreek - they're also demanding photo ID now, even if you've withdrawn from them before.

Great experiences with them, once past the ID thing. They pay everyday, no BS.

Mansion is just following Gibraltar legislation. No problemo.
I would put them at or near the top of books that are financially secure. I've also found them extremely courteous. An A book all the way.

Thanks guys. I should of took care of this earlier. It just sucks having all the funds tied up in there.
