They have always been 1st class with me.......I've used BetJam for around 7 yrs now....

Been playing at BetJam for almost 3 years and have only needed to call CS twice. Yeah, their phone reps are terrible but they are so on point you rarely need to call anyway. They might be the best recreational book around these days.

Yeah jj if you email BetJam and call them around the same time.... They seem to pick up the phone faster than they respond to the email.....What a bunch of weirdo's

I have never had a problem with them either. I have been with them now for three years and they have been great. I deal with them online mostly. I only have had to call them about 2 or 3 times and that is it.

Just used BetJam today for a withdrawl. Asked for money on my prepaid card at 9AM, had money in hand by 2PM. I will take their atitiude if it means getting paid that quickly all the time (which I do).
