Sounds too much like "BetonSports," an outfit that left a somewhat bad impression on the offshore better a few years ago.

I assume it's a deposit only book. (Haven't yet checked the SBR rating)

Either a new place, or one that has had problems

It's new. If you do a search you will find a few threads. I've received the spam and a phone call or two as well.

It started up around the same time as BetFirstClass but it took a bit of a back seat on the forum.

I can predict a couple guys who will join in this thread and tell you it's a good idea to deposit. I'm surprised they haven't spotted it yet. Although I haven't seen the one guy around much lately, now that I think about it.

BetSportsWeb is formally BetSuperior. They changed the name after they confiscated a player account for $120,000.

BetSuperior enters the SBR rating guide at D+. BetSuperior is a new sportsbook from the Costa Rica-based operation that formerly ran BlueGrass Sports (BetBG.com). Superior is the only post-up sportsbook from the Bluegrass Group. BetSuperior is not to be confused with defunct Superiorbook which was bailed out by Bookmaker (SBR rating A+) in August of 2007. SBR will monitor BetSuperior and analyze all available player feedback.

This book stiffed a casino player out of $120k. Play there at your own risk.

They did pay me recently though, about $7-$8k over a couple of months (max $1k/week).

Of course, end of nfl season, maybe not the best time to join.

Yeah me too H. I love when Mudcat and Justin, BBD put these guys down. More BetSportsWeb for us.

BOS comparisons...LOL. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. That's like comparing BestBuy with Justin & BBD's TV Great Buy's Shop...

Everyone spams, but its no secret many SBR posters play there.

For the record I started with them in baseball and I never tell people to play there because they ARE new. I play at The Greek, 5Dimes, and BetSportsWeb. Im happy with all three.

If you check my post again, I don't see where you will find any trace of me putting down BetSportsWeb. As always, I just pass along the information I have. You're looking for trouble where there isn't any.

In the past (and no doubt in the future), I issue general warnings about the dangers of start-ups. It is high on the risk/reward continuum (particularly, as HeeeeHAWWW points out, right now). There is nothing controversial or even debatable about that. When something happens a hundred times in a row, I start to notice. I pass my experience on to people on the forum who may not have been around as long. That's all. Nothing to be uppity about.

Bummer bro! I unfortunately have never been shut down. I think I might be the biggest square ever, but I did get hot early in the year with baseball. Took a few G's out. I think i'm under now.
