Thanks for the counter balance Raiders.

BetUS did a lot of players the same way as they did MFG. These players were hauled in from offline advertisements and basically robbed. I saw with my own eyes BetUS owner impersonate ME in a cover up attempt.

MFG is probably not a saint but BetUS cheated more players than you will ever know.

Why is MFG right? MFG used his bonus on a huge ML parlay which may have been against matchplay bonus rules. MFG is dishonest. MFG is a liar.

If you want to be (or pretend to be) a players advocate you should NEVER allow your personal feelings get in between. The entire internet knows that you have a personal beef with MFG. So be it.

Judging his case based on YOUR personal beef is wrong. You are the one stating incorrect facts:

1) MFG used his matchplay divided into three bets at different times in different days. he used them all to wager on ml. All bets had to be approved by BetUS stage and all bets were approved.

2) Besides the player, also BetUS and even other witnesses (WITNESSES) confirmed this circumstance.

3) WTF a totally unrelated contest dispute has to do with MFG being shorted of $25,000 ?

As I said...leave your personal feelings out and examine the FACTS that lead the ENTIRE industry (and even BetUS) determine that the player was wronged.

TOW- Here's some more FACTS. MFG tried to cheat in two money contests. Two moderators told MFG that he cheated and the mods want nothing to do with him.

BetUS is a crooked book. BetUS did pay Boston1 in full in the exact same type of case.

So you have MFG who tried to cheat in two small money contests which is why I have a dislike for him. If he would cheat for small money what would he do for 25k?

Mike Foreman from BetUS disputes MFG's statements openly on the forums. Shrink agreed with BetUS.

BetUS said that the ML bets were taken by clerks but never approved by anyone else.

This case is 4 years old and Shrink made a ruling on the case that MFG agreed to and signed a contract. These are the facts.

Now how can I make a proper decision without listening to the tapes? The only one that had privy to the tapes was Shrink and he made a decision based on this plus talking with all parties involved.

Just because I'm a players advocate doesn't mean that I'll agree with a player's dispute against a book blindly.

90% of players complaints are nothing more than a player trying to scam a book.

You mention facts of no relevance to support your inconsistent thesis. MFG's performance in forum contests has nothing to do with this case with BetUS.

Mike Foreman admitted with Bill and myself that he understands the situation and feels that its due to be rectified.

Ken openly admitted that his "mediation" was the max he could obtain, however he recently stated he feels MFG is fully entitled to his money.

Once again Raiders....leave your personal opinions out and perform a more accurate facts gathering.

Lastly: you are innocent until proven guilty.If you want to become a players advocate sometime down the line keep this simple concept in mind. Always analyze every dispute with an open mind, listen to all parties involved and leave your personal opinions out of the door. This is the way to fairness and impartiality.

The fact they stiffed a legit player out of $25,000 should convince ALL players to stay away from them.

Saying that small players have no risk there contributes to keep these thieves in business.

Lets not forget that a small player can always hit an 8 teamer. Will he be paid ? Past experience says no.

How many ass whoopings can one site take in the course of a few short months? One would think that after touting BOS as a perfect "10", not to mention the NoJuice & 4Aces fiascos (there are a few others, but I'm starting to lose count) that the guys at TOE might take a step back for long enough to re-evaluate their business model. Why they keep leading with their chin is beyond understanding ... unless ... possibly ... maybe ... could it be all about the money?

New players need to realize that BOS and BetUS were partners originally. Common sense screams to stay away from BetUS for now. If there was to be another book to be in trouble with the USA than this one would be a heavy chalk favorite.
