Did Andy Reid dig his own grave by making Vick starting QB?
The guy is not a leader. He can't make his team mates play for him. These are the same leadership skills he was lacking when he was with the Falcons.
Andy Reid is going to be finished at the end of the season and the new coach will most likely won't want to work with a loser like Vick.

Were starting to see the real vick show up in news conferences too. Its easy to be fake and cheery when your winning, not so much when you cant beat 2 of the worst teams in the nfc.
Too early to say but Vick should probably just head back to jail. Win or lose....
The team that has the least amount of turnovers usually wins...
Vick isn't getting any younger and hasn't made the transition needed to stay healthy and efficient as time goes on. Guy has a ton of talent but these type of running/out of pocket passes just don't cut it very long in the NFL. Reid is done after this season and Vick will continue to do what Vick does. Wow you one game and wow you the next. If someone says "wow did you see that play by Vick". You have no idea if it was something good or bad. Guy is like a light switch.

JJ a great leader makes sure the kicker doesn't miss FG's and the defense makes plays. That's what Brady and Manning do.

vick has done what it takes to be 4-0 this season.... the record is 100% not on him
Comments make no sense at all. He had a great game today. 400 + yards 70 yards rushing. They lost today because of two missed filed goals, and a fumble in the goaline again. What exactly does that have to do with Vick being a 'leader'. I am sure, no one respects him on his team, but Vick is the main reason why all these free agents came to Philly because they believe eagles have a chance at winning a super bowl title.
But then again people like to call things half way through them, so why not call them 25 percent way through them. If anything this makes me more confident about the eagles chances in this season, because it never seems to fail that poeple who care threads like this look like dumbasses.
So thank you, for creating this thread. It makes me that much more confident that the eagles are just fine.

Yes it was his fault, Ronnie Brown was trying to flea flicker back to him on 4th and goal. That one was on Vick.

anyone who watched the game knows it was the missed fg's, the fumbles, and the defense not tackling late in the game. vick played like a warrior but brady couldnt win with this kicker and this defense

Griz, how is the eagles season done. That is just as bad as the person who started the thread. They play Buffalo Next Week, and Washington after that, and have a bye week. They go into the bye week 3-3, and all these crazy durs will disappear. Its four games into the season people, there is still 12 weeks left to play. It will take around 10 wins to win the division lets face it, no one is great in the East, a lot of good teams, no great ones, at least not right now.
how can anyone think the Eagles are just fine. There defense is a joke made Alex Smith look like Joe Montana. Not to mention there new kicker sucked and Akers didn't miss one today.
how is being 3-3 fine? 3-3 will still be last in the division. You eagles fans are delusional, its always next week vick will be healthy, next week the defense will dominate, well shit whens next week because you just got stomped by the 49ers

Anyway you look at it the redskins are the best team in the division. We can argue all day but obviously the standings are the only thing that matter.
