The server is down and the phone service is slow. I just placed a couple of bets the guy did a hand ticket. I hope they don't give me any crap if the wagers hit.

No problem sir.
I finally was able to get through and speak with Kim from YouWager (SBR Rated B) and she had confirmed that a pipe indeed did burst causing this issue. She went on to say that they are working feverishly to import all the hand written tickets into their system at this time as it is partially back up and running.
