Default How FEDEX ruined my Christmas

I ordered a X-mas gift on Monday and paid extra for guaranteed delivery for Wed....... yet they didnt show up!!!!

I looked up tracking online and it had arrived at the local Fedex center in the morning so they had plenty of time to deliver. But those lazy scumbags decided to do it after Christmas I guess. Now i gotta tru and find stores that are open.

I fvcking hate Fedex and cringed when the merchant used them instead of UPS. Oh btw UPS delivered twice yesterday without a ptoblem.

Fvck Fedsux!!!!!! I hope they go out of business they suck so bad!

That's unfortunate, but you can have the guaranteed shipping charges refunded if that's any consolation.

They're not as bad as 'DHL', which is referred to as 'Day' & 'Half Late' by other parcel carriers.

Never had problem with DHL... Bodog used them to send checks.

But they no longer do business in the US.

Fedex sucks so bad.

Perhaps it's a difference depending on the area you live, Mudcat. At least for deliveries to our home out in the country, UPS is far more reliable than the rest of the courier services we've used.

Mudcat is right Fed Ex owns UPS so badly its uncomparable. You are comparing a mansion to a shack. A goldfish to a whale. No competition FedEx is so much better than UPS, not even a question

Fedex sucks so bad. I got this driver that looks like Newman from Seinfeld that wont even get out of his truck. He also spat at my dogs i believe when he thought no one was home. I got no proof but I thought I saw a noogie fly out of his mouth. And the fact that they messed up my Xmas is unforgiveable.

UPS otoh always deliver on time and their drivers are courteous and reliable. They usually come around the same time which is better than Fedex that show up whenever they feel like it or not show up at all.

Oh now its my fault? Fvck u asshole!!!!

Maybe they shouldnt guarantee delivery before Xmas if they cant handle it???? Thats outright fraud if u ask me.
I mean I could have paid extra for overnight had they been more honest and admit they cant handle doing their fvcking job right.

And lots of people wait til close to Xmas to shop for gifts due to being busy with their jobs, waiting for sales, etc. Im so glad u are so perfect dickwad.

Pros and cons to both

Both have high homosexual rates which hurt deliveries

Know plenty of people that have worked that job and it pays better than that and is pretty physically demanding. Alot more difficult than sitting on your computer all day bitching. If a gift not showing up really ruined your Christmas then you've got your priorities way out of line. Grow up

So let me get this straight..... if you order something for a special holiday where gift giving is the norm and you pay extra to have it delivered in time but the fat lazy bastards fail to do so even though the package is there, you shouldnt get upset???? Let me guess you never got Christmas presents as a child.

Interestingly enough all my jobs have involved sitting on my ass in front of a computer getting paid good money. Maybe if ur toiling in a warehouse doing backbreaking work for chump change u shouldve worked harder in school so u could get a degree to better urself and ur job prospects..

Exact same thing happened to me only UPS was the culprit.

4 amazon packages arrived at the local UPS office (10 minutes from here) at 4am yesterday, out on the truck at 7am and never delivered. Tracking says "exception beyond UPS's control".

Fedex was here twice yesterday.

Never worked there, still in school to be an accountant, will make good money in the future. All I'm saying is that people make mistakes and I'm sure it is hell trying to sort through tens of thousands of packages that get shipped this time of year. Sucks that it happened to you but its not like someone was sitting there saying "Lets screw this guy over."

.

I feel for the original Poster, but when I'm expecting an important package I call ahead of time and request the package to be held for pick-up.

I'm in Colorado dip shit. Funny though, my DHL Amazon orders to Colombia always take exactly 2 days.

By the way, every intelligent person and company on earth knows what Mudcat suggested that FedEx is a vastly superior company to UPS.

Fedex is sooooo much better than UPS.

I've never had something sent fedex not get there on time and I am talking well over 500 shipments

UPS on the other hand has missed their past 3 deliveries to me.

Yesterday, fedex delivered no problem. UPS claimed cloudy was weather beyond their control.

Just for the heck of it, I'm gonna spend the $15 and haul UPS into small claims court. I probably won't go, but let them be inconvenienced sending an attorney.

I gave them my email and phone#. If they couldnt do their job because they were sooooooooo busy they should have called to come pick it up. Instead they just decided it would be ok to deliver at a later date.

Fvcking hate Fedex. When merchants let me choose delivery methods i NEVER choose Fedex. The merchant I order from never shipped Fedex to me before but for some reason they decide to. I literally threw up when they sent me the tracking number and it said Fedex.

Colorado? WTF? I thought u said u lived in South America? So you were lying all this time. Not surprised since you are a known compulsive liar.

But its obvious u are not in Colorado otherwise you would know that there's fvcking snow BLIZZARD going on there!!!!!!! So u think Fedex can deliver during a snow storm? Oh wait u claimed they did. So post the tracking numbers for Fedex that delivered to the same address yesterday.

At least UPS tried to deliver..... unlike Fedex which didnt even attempt to even though it was SUNNY.

You lying burro.

You ever hear of vacation? I know perhaps you cannot afford to ever leave your trailer, but some of us go and visit families during Christmas.

It is nothing close to a blizzard here. Modest amounts of snow do not generally cause issues out here, we are not morons.

I thought all your family perished in the civil war? Now they are all living in Colorado?

And i thought u said u hated snow..... yet u travel to CO? Must've had a drug drop nearby huh.

And I guess they issue Winter weather advisory just for the hell of it huh.

I notice that Fedex delivered in the morning before the weather got worse while UPS tried to deliver later. And with their larger trucks I'm not surprised they couldnt handle the blizzard. They shoulda done what Fedex did and not even attempt a delivery.

You seem to be an expert on weather. You realize Colorado is a big state with varying conditions all over? It can be a blizzard in Denver and sunny here.

It did not start snowing here until 11pm last night. The roads were completely clear (and are still easily drivable). This isn't Atlanta, if UPS ceased delivering every time there was 2 inches of snow, they wouldn't deliver for 5 months of the year. This is Aspen, the ski area. Snow here is normal.

It's true, I'm not particularly fond of the cold anymore. Yet, my family is from Colorado. You are the one that invented other stories. So I usually come home for Christmas. On occasion I come home at other times of the year. Those of us that aren't poor can afford plane tickets.

I know it's tough for you to understand as I'm sure you are spending Christmas alone.

Weather can be different miles from where you are? No shit Sherlock. Where I live it can be 70 degrees and snowing just a few miles away. But thats exactly my point, it may not have been snowing where u are but it could have on their delivery route.

And its laughable when u claim UPS is within walking distance when its 12 miles away in Glenwood Springs. I guess u think Aspen is walking distance also even though its 30 miles away.

Seriously have u even been to Colorado? I seem to know more about it than u. So who really lives in CO? Is it your bf Donjuan? Did u send him a dildo and flowers for Xmas and was upset when they didnt deliver due to the weather?

If it really is ur family u must really hate them or vice versa since u had to move to another country a whole continent away. Unlike u I see my family weekly cause they live within driving distance or walking distance to u.
