Pinnacle:Changing event time to my local time.
In my Pinnacle account, events are listed with Pacific as the time zone. CST is the local time here. Can I change it so I see the event listed with my local time as the time?
Also, why doesn't Pinnacle list events in chronological order? I see they are going in order of the bet #. Can I change it to be sorted by start time for the event instead?
Who comes up with the bet#? Why aren't they time chronological?

I never seen a setting for changing the time zone.
As far as the rotation number, it goes by league. The lower set of numbers are the NL, then run into the AL. Right now you will notice the NL (non-interleague) game is listed first, then it goes onto the Interleague games. So they will never have it set in order by time. I also havent seen a setting to have it do so by the time of the game.

From Pinnacle:
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email requesting information on how game times are displayed at Pinnacle Sports.
We understand we have clients worldwide and that it would be easier if all clients were able to have the game times displayed in their time zone.
Unfortunately, the system allows only one time zone to be entered and we have chosen Pacific time.
Although no date is set, we hope to add this feature to the system in the future.
Regards,
Customer Service Department

Good choice Pinny

That shouldn't be hard to change. Lots of books let you decide your settings.

Ha, I had recently thought that it was nice that pinny displayed the game times based on my mailing address automatically! Guess I was just lucky.

That is something I have always quietly accepted about Pinnacle but now that we're stopping to talk about it, that's pretty weak on their part. Customers want things displayed in their own time zone. That's pretty fundamental.
Come on Pinnacle, fix that up!

Its not really a big deal to me. Not that hard to add and subtract a few hours here and there. Then again, its defaulted to my timezone.

Thanks for the responses, guys.
I agree with Mudcat that this should be something to be fixed ASAP. Mainly because it should be extremely easy to do.
Otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about Pinnacle. As I become more involved in sports betting, making more and more bets per day, this drawback is becoming more and more of an annoyance to me.

Hopefully it isn't a "low rake poker is coming very soon" type of promise. If that's the case we may be waiting for a few years.

Is that a reference to Pinny's upcoming poker room?
Pinny needs to focus on the sportsbook, and forget about blackjack, poker, etc.
