Anybody who has been watching the World Cup knows exactly what I'm talking about.

For a sport that supposedly doesn't set up well for commercials I am amazed at the fact that I have seen/heard that commercial at least 200 times.

The visual is OK but the song that accompanies the action is more annoying than a Mentos ad.

Haven't seen that for a while but it used to be on just about every commercial break and it grew old very quickly. With football on the commerical channels over here, there's no point watching at the break since it seems like it's comprised of 10 minutes of adverts, 3 minutes of discussion of the previous half and 2 minutes of the (increasingly annoying) Budweiser skits.

Kinda like the Dodge ad that ran 20 times a night on OLN during the Stanley Cup playoffs, with the fairy. I thought how can they run that line "silly little fairy" and then the thug is converted into a prep guy before someone gets pissed and claims its anti-gay. Sure enough, by the conference finals and the finals on NBC, Dodge dropped the "silly little fairy" line from the commercial.

My worst right now is the two Capital One ads with the guardian angels. Those are so frecking annoying, from the actors to the music.

Adidas must be spending about 10 billion euros on that campaign. The same one over and over and over. Good job by the creative department. If I kill someone in the next couple weeks I'm going to use insanity as my defense due to this commercial.

No doubt! Apparently that's the tool that won American Idol. Fortunately I have never watched that show nor will I. I do find it quite interesting that this would be that chump's best opportunity after winning such a "significant" competition. He looks like he has epilepsy in that ad. If he does, then I apologize for everything I just said.

I have comment a couple times to people watching it in the US, that the commercial was driving me crazy. For such a long event they should mix it up and/or do a longer series of similar themed commercials.

That said, that song is my mind at times through the day and we are talking about it. But I think I will specifically avoid Addidas products for the next year as a boycott.
