    Default Pinnacle problem

    I was placing a wager and when I click on confirm, it logged me out and loaded the home page. The wager did not get placed but no error message or anything. It happened twice in a row and then on the third time, it worked properly.

    Has anyone ever had this type of anomoly happen?

    Never happened to me unless I had an automatic reload of the page set up

    I've never had that happen to me or heard of it happening. I don't know what to tell you. Maybe e-mail their customer service and see if they can shed some light about something going on with your specific account set-up (???)

    That's not a good situation. It gives me the heeby-jeebies just thinking about it. I just placed a last minute bet at Pinnacle and things would have been pretty hairy if the sort of thing you're describing happened.

    That happened to me using Int. Island. I reinstalled my browser and that solved it.

    Check your short term memory because that sounds like a lack of memory problem. Also check for viruses. If that does it again try rebooting. If that did it often we would be flooded with complaints.

    Nope never happened, maybe your browser version is not up to date. Check that as well. As far as Pinnacle goes its been rock solid (other than the occasional problems w/ neteller).

    I actually did email their customer service and described what happened but the reply was really not all that enlightening. I don't think it had to do with my web browser, even though they suggested to upgrade my web browser.

    My guess is it was a temporary problem on their side.

    Hasn't happened to me either but Pinny has had some problems that started three weeks ago. It was tough to get in during crunch times and for halftime bets. Guys were getting shut out.

    I think that tech flaw was a fluke

    Hopefully it will not happen anymore.
