Default Email Response Test Results as of 6/24

i think it's a first for v-wager to even respond to any sorta email at all.

Email Response Test Results: Sports bettor "Bucky McCarthy" tested the email support of 12 sportsbooks. WSEX (SBR rating A+) came in first at 13 minutes. USSportsbook (SBR rating D+), Tradewinds (SBR rating B-) and Nine (SBR rating B) followed close behind with near perfect replies. View full results here: June Email Response Test.

V-Wager has improved in this regard since being taken over by BETonSPORTS and cloned up with Millenium.

On the minus side, they have been taken over by BoS and cloned up with Millenium.

Why limit the test to only this handful of 2nd- & 3rd- tier books?

Kudos to WSEX, USSPORTSBOOK and Tradewinds. - Fast responses! Quick question.....we know wsex is an A+, so anything short of such service would be surprising. IMHO same with Tradewinds, they are also an old established book. But why then is a book like US rated at such a low D+. I have never seen a complaint about them really, although I did see on another forum, that some players got booted ( i dont really view that as a complaint as long as they got paid fast )

Maybe someone here can answer, as it looks like their rating has been this way for a long time, and they are categorized with books who performed poorly on the test ( BETUSA ), and other books who have only just started up! Has Anyone here played with them? Would be interesting to here first hand experiences.......

I absolutely love the Email test. Keep them coming.

One thing, I'd like the SBR rating of the book next to the email test rating, so I can compare. I realize that I can look up the tested books, but it would be much more useful to have the SBR rating right there for reference.

    Thanks!

the email test is definitely a good indicator as to how responsible a given book is...keep up the good work SBR...

I agree. I'll see if I can nudge things in that direction.
