You know the posters that you suspect is a tout because of their suspicious behavior such as wanting your email, proping themselves with aliases, fudging records, etc. And when u confront them they deny deny deny and even call u names. Then of course they turn tout.

I had this happen recently at Covers. I called out this one guy for being a tout and he calls me every name in the book. His followers defend the hell out of him. And of course he gets banned for soliciting customers.

The only one that fooled me was Helmut.

people deny it because it's wrong and it's stealing and they know it, so it's not something they can brag about.. it's like bragging about being a telemarketer and stealing millions from senior citizens. would you go on a forum and admit you made millions of off old people who were naive.. if they ever did accuse you, you'd be mad as hell.. cause it's not something you want people to know you're doing.. it's scummy..

I used to be a wannabe tout. I even got a guy to send me $500 ** one time for picks. Now its not worth my time. Since my father passed away I now have a steady income and if my sister and I ever sell our properties, I will have upper 6 figs in the bank.

After you've sold your trailer and are assessing your wealth, remember that most people don't include the numbers after the decimal place as 2 of the 6 figures.

nope had a horrible 2nd day and basically ignored his emails and phone calls from then on. He got 2 days of picks for $500. Good deal wasnt it.

slicker, you know how you have always thought my apt was a basement apt, and how i am really on a high up floor in a 16 storey building.?? well, its the same with richie for me.. by looking at his vids, i always pictured that place as a 1 bedroom apt in a 3 storey building and he's on the 2nd floor.. cause if you noticed, he always makes vid from same spot.. unlike me, i have done them in living room, 350 car garage, bedroom, office, everywhere in house.. and you still thought i was in a basement apt..

Awesome life, Richie. That doesn't even count as a trailer park compared to what we have here on the West Coast, as I'm sure you know. That's a mobile home community, in every sense of the term. Good to hear that the manager has high standards for residents, that's the most important part of any "village".

yes sir. I dont know how he does it, but he keeps them out. The only reason asians are back here is because of Scott Air Force Base. Everyone of these guys marry a asian

This whole thread is pretty bad.if anyone really lives in a community that uses racial profiling and racist policies to keep the trailer park a little more "upscale,"I certainly wouldnt come on a forum and tell everyone where it is and post a link.

I can tell you this , ,I would feel safer living around an asian family or even muslims ,they are usually hard working people who dont steal ,party late at night etc.,than live around some of the white people I have seen in some of the trailer parks you see on show like cops ,cheaters,etc.

They are not all like that but like the fellow on his cell phone in one of the pictures in this thread,there are alot of white people you dont want to live around either.
