I know betting is legal in a lot of places there....so it wouldn't surprise me if there are plenty.
I am more less wondering what sports do they tout? Are they just like touts here in America or is there something unique about them.

There are a couple of services I use for tennis, and one for MLB that are non-US. I'm not going to name them as competition is tough enough on lines as-is.
But the industry is more a service than in the US, a bit less shady, and generally have long and verifiable track records
