    Thanks for the vid opie! That indoor/outdoor area is not bad. I really like that idea for the lighting. I'm basically buying the lot from the builder, and they give me like 15 different styles to select from. I gotta watch myself with these add ons. 1000 here and there adds up. I for sure want this thing to be energy efficiant. Canadian winters can make for high gas/power bills. I'm pretty sure I want to go with a tankless water heater, and get a solar panel or 2 to offset the electric costs.
