Speaking of basketball and soccer, who flops more?
Vlade Divac or your typical soccer player?
I've never seen so many players pretending and grimacing like they are going to die, only to be running up and down the field minutes later when the sell job didn't work on the refs.

Did you see Dwight Yorke of Trinidad & Tobago when he took a ball right in the nutsack? I tell you, even I was grimacing at that one.Originally Posted by OWNED

Do players get penailsed for "diving" or "simulating fouls" in basketball (like getting a yellow card or something)?
Or is not such a problem?

Somebody should go ask Raja Bell about that.Originally Posted by natrass

WNBA has soft lines.....pros are putting a lot of effort in the WNBA b/c of that....real pros know where the value is...

I think I would watch the WNBA before soccer. I have tried to watch some games from the World Cup and just can't do it. I might have a hair more tolerance for women's hoops where at least the "action" is focused closer to the nets.

Ooooh, talk about hitting a guy when he's not only down but his Croatia loving heart has been ripped from his chest.

There is a lot of acting at soccer for sure, but the game itself is *very* intense for the players international.
Try playing a real soccer game for 90 minutes, i would rather try football with all its pauses :-P
