Default SportsInteraction player waits 20 days for Neteller withdrawal

SportsInteraction (SBR rating C+) player waits 20 days for Neteller withdrawal. SIA blames the company’s security system for the hold. Management tells SBR the procedure has been modified to prevent future delays and they will be issuing a written apology to the bettor. SIA has also stated that players will no longer be required to provide a social security number.

nothing really new if you look at there history. they have done this type of stuff in the past before delaying payouts via neteller.

Bill did a great job communicating what a bad idea it was to ask for SS numbers.

I know they still get caught going back to their old ways but give this book some time. They are trying and I think their comeback has been very good. They need to keep pushing forward.

As a victim of over 2 dozen identity thefts I can tell you there is no way in hell I am gonna give out my SS# to a person in a foreign company with 0 regulations. Anyone who does so should get their head checked.

I received a payout from them this week via Neteller less than 24hrs after I requested it. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

I think this situation clearly points out that having a reputable group like SBR on the side of the player is making the industry better for us all. Without pressure from SBR, does anyone think that SIA would be reversing its policy or issuing any apologies?

Thanks Guys. If anyone is told they must provide their SS# we would like to know. People using swiftpay might still be asked, but declining to provide it should not hold up the transaction.

SIA is struggling with business procedure but is not out to get over on its players. You couldn't say that about them a few years ago. If they keep tweaking things can only get better.

Like Dan said, this really isn't news but we still want players to know what they should expect from them. SIA is one of the most controversial books. They can be in someone's top 5 or blacklist.

I'll go back there now that the SSN thing is fixed, but probably wait until football.

Just wanted everyone to know I requested a neteller payout on Friday and had it on Monday. Requested another on Tuesday night and had it Wednesday. They never asked for SS. I have been using them for many years and these are the two fastest payouts in my history with them. Hopefully they have everything straightened out but then again my payouts were small ones so who knows.

SIA is a great book...never had a problem. Remember SIA has a huge volume and it's not uncommon when you deal with 1000s of customers there will be some mixups....happens in the real world all the time.

For being a loyal customer I got a hat...been wearing it on campus everywhere. Let's just say girls can't get enough of the hat....trust me fellows, girls love a guy who wears sportsbook paraphenilia....it's a cue that the guy has money.

Most likely it's a cue he's broke and would rather gamble than spend money on you.

You're just joking here, right BB?

Or maybe TGO hacked in with your login?

Either way that's a very funny statement. It keeps making me laugh over and over again every time I read it. Anyway, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are kidding and you wanted to make us all laugh. Good job!
