Default Most Well Run Book

I would have to say The VIP Group or Pinnacle are the two that come to mind. Its amazing how VIP started so small and now a giant and alwsas upgraded software and ahead of competion

I might point to CRIS. They're not my #1 overall book (in fact during baseball season they fall back in the pack because of their 20 cent lines on sides) but as far as being well-run, I have seen them do some customer service things that are above and beyond.

Pinnacle is back to being my #1 overall book (now that Mansion has come back to earth) but Pinnacle's e-mail customer service just can't compare to CRIS.

The CRIS site is solid. Limits are pretty good. The lines come out early. They're not low-juice but I can pick out some good opinionated numbers so they keep me interested.

I can find something negative to say about every book out there but I think that's my answer to the question of being well-run: CRIS.

The VIP folks have really done an amazing job. Having known them since the operation was little more than 3 guys, a pizza and 1 server, to see their operation now is incredible. And, not only are they a well run business, they really know how to take care of their employees. Same can be said for Pinny as well.

Most well run in what sense? For the player? If we are talking most well run to turn a profit, no one can touch BoDog. Their marketing is so far ahead of everyone else, it is laughable.

I think Olympic is # 1 in just about everything, 1st with futures 1st with halftimes, its real hard to choose a book over the Greek.

They are truly a marketing MACHINE and Calvin Ayre isn't too shy on the self-promotion front either! I fully expect to see www.CalvinAyreForPresident.com some day ...

I've been seeing some complaints that pinnacle has been misgrading wagers. They are quick to fix it. But its strange that a book on Pinny caliber would have such problems. Has anyone else had that issue.

I've never had a grading problem at Pinny but I've had a couple of Neteller transactions that their system duplicated and entered twice (no, I didn't hit the BACK button).

Those were very awkward to get sorted out with the e-mail customer service.

They both happened within a couple days of each other. It was quite awhile ago.

My top three are:
VIP
CRIS
Holly

Don't overlook Hollywood. Wally is one of the best GM's out there. We know about Alistair, Oxford educated and blah blah but how about Mickey from CRIS? Here's a guy no one knew before Cigar(head hancho of CRIS) went to the extended stay Cross Bar Hotel and The Mick took over. He made the most of his chance.

Of course Pinnacle, Bet365 and BoDog almost have to be mentioned but the 3 I listed have the top managers imo.

Our good friend @ Pinnacle, SIMPLY SECOND to none for years.

Your thoughts on the vip group are right on and let me say I play "DELMAR" every day and their limits, service, staff, phone clerks, internet, you name it amazing and UNREAL out!
