I don't think I would follow it too religiously but I wouldn't mind it as a little side-thing on the forum.

But what I don't want to see is a lot of posturing and whining and bickering over rules. If it's going to happen, work out the rules VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE beforehand. Assign a ref if need be. But don't litter the forum with all the nonsense.

If I was durito, I don't think I would do it. It just seems like it would be an annoyance.

Basically I would sum up my position thusly:
