Hello, I already had an account with neteller, pinacclesports and some of other poker and sports books account, however, my brother, also want to open another account with pinnaclesports and others, we both have the same first and last name, but different middle name, will that be fine? will the books, pokerroom, netteller close our account.

There's no way that we're working together on any of the the gambling, just want to make sure.

But regarding your question, I would not be surprised if you end up in problems with so called "duplicate accounts". I think the best thing is to contact the sportsbook, provide the necessary documents and take it from there.

If you guys have the same address then it will probably be a problem. As diamond said, contact the book and provide them some documentation that proves you guys are not the same person.

I think the only way to handle this to keep the headache to a bare minimum is to contact the book first, explain to them the situation, and provide them proof like ID or something. Then let them make the decision with their eyes wide open. Keep copies of this communication. So if there is a problem later, you have documented that they approved the situation.
