    Default Don't win at CRIS!

I read everywhere that CRIS is the best and they are highly rated everywhere as well. It is listed that they will take ALL action, but that is BS. After losing 14K, I am not up 20K overall and they have dropped my limits from 5K on MLB sides and totals to 2K. They have obviously changed and are now only looking for suckers who lose.

Very disappointing from such a top notch book!

I was playing mostly MLB totals and only 5 of my wagers were for more than 2K.

Slash, thanks, at least now I know I am not the only one. However, the SBR review of CRIS makes it sound like they will take any action without dropping a player:

"In a day where successful players find that their limits are cut for winning too much, players can win without limit at CRIS and get paid with a smile into the millions of dollars."

It just makes me worry a little if CRIS is getting hurt and if my money is still safe there. If they are not getting hurt, then why lower players?

Some of my plays have been when the line moves in my favor at CRIS, so it is not steam, in fact just the opposite.

Had you perhaps been double or triple tapping their lines for the max bet? I know that (among other reasons) they often reduce limits for cistomers who make a habit of this without prior approval.

Of course, the best advice I can give you is just to call their wagering department (+1 866-946-2747) and ask.

PT, they have done that to many many players so nothing unusual about it. And you don't have to worry about CRIS.

ganchrow, you can't do that at CRIS.

Consider yourself fortunate PT, my limits have always been 1k online. I've never asked for more but it would nice to get more.

I don't think they ever recovered from the ole SBR Beat the Prick contest. That would be my guess.

Perhaps a change in their review is needed, because that quote appears to be a flat out lie.

    Welcome to the forum PerpetualTraveller.

I've been playing there for a long time at higher $$$ levels than you are describing with never a restricton so I can't explain what you are experiencing. You did address the obvious question of steamplay saying some of your plays weren't. I'm not trying to be a wiseass but were there other plays that were?

Maybe I'm missing something but have to enquired at Cris to find out why your limits were cut? Your posts don't seem to say that you have.

If not, that's a very obvious first point of call and you're much more likely to get an answer than ranting on a gaming forum. Well, more than one gaming forum it seems.

I believe The Prick will be back although I do know CRIS invited him on an offshore fishing trip for consultations. Still dont know why they wanted his shoe size.

I am sure some of my plays must have followed steam because after I made the wager the line moved anywhere from 5-10 cents at CRIS. If they do not take all action, then do not make the claim, rather say something like, "We take all action, as long as it is on the wrong side."

I have emailed them but got no reply, on the live chat they said the limits were $3K which is not correct since I had made $5K wagers and now it is limited to $2K, they then said to speak to a supervisor. The first time I called they were unable to speak to me at the time so I will call back later when I have some time.

Cris customer service is average at best i agree, i had everything there from waiting for *30 mins* on live chat to not answered emails...i sometimes think Cris just doesnt care because they know they will always have enough players.

Very true. In fact, they have flat out lied to me before regarding a bonus. Another incident was when I called in trying to bet a tennis match that had yet to begin. I asked why it was off the board if it was still there at Pinnacle, the guy says "It's not up at Pinnacle. I have it open right now" while I'm calling from my computer just to see if I can get a better line there and when I tell him I see a line right there, he realizes that I have access and fabricates some lie about how he didn't see it originally.

I would keep trying to contact them. CRIS will likely eventually give you an answer or raise your limits, but as others have said they don't always get it done the first time you try to contact them.

Cris CS is definitely average, but I still don't believe they're scared of action...

I just spoke to Jack at CRIS and he said that on the 16th I had followed the move of a wise-guy within a second or two and that is why I was lowered. He has reinstated my limits but warned they would be lowered again if it happened again.

CS at CRIS is not great, but talk to a supervisor like Jack and you will get someone who is polite, efficient and to the point.

PT glad to hear you got a response. That mirrors my experience: takes a while to get hold of someone, but when you do they will give you some straight answers.
