This past saturday I need to send more $$$ since week 1 was a killer. I get a name and location around 12:30. I didn't get to ** until 5:30 or so. I go to log in and there is a message that my account is invalid and to call them immediatly. I call and the girl tells me that I " Gave the wrong tracking # " so I call ** and find out its correct. I call back and the next girl tells me " due to the weather in panama they can't pick up the money" ...now I start getting mad and I want the person in charge. Next they tell me that the name and location was for the morning and to call ** to reroute the money.They tell me I can do it over the phone but I refuse because now I'm a freakin maniac ...I have 1000 in cyber space and there playing games. They offer me the free monday night 100 play ........ I get to the place where the ** is and I ask for more than the free play. This is now the 3rd call to them. They get back on and tell me that i'm getting NOTHING at all. I procede to get my money back from **.
I got it back and i'm now playing at another book. I never had any problems like I said with Millennium before but there making up for them now.And now they have lost a customer and everyone who I know that uses them heres the same story.[/q]
Too many problems with this book in all forums in th last 2 years.
I think its better for me to STAY AWAY!
