Only a scam would keep taking in deposits and send out absolutely zero payouts.

Only a scam would not send some money via ** to players.

You book the G-d damn bet, you pay the G-d damn bet.

You can go a week or so making partial payments: basically sending out what comes in.

But when you take deposits for two weeks and dont send out squat, you are running a SCAM.

Whether NoJuice gets their hands on some cash or not, they are running a scam. The book acknowledges that it might not be able to pay but admits to taking new deposits. Not to mention the statement claiming that all balances are matched in a separate account.

Yes I would have to agree with you about the bonus whores.

I am not sure about bet 4 aces, but nojuice did not seem to offer substantial enough bonuses to attract serious bonus whores, i believe it was 20% or something along those lines

No Juice was offering 50% sign-up bonuses for a while.

    I did not realize that.
Seems excessive, especially combined with a reduced juice/no juice business model

I suppose one can call that a "marketing expense", however it is certainly not sustainable over the long term.

You'll likely have to participate in a bail-out offer to get something, could take considerable time before that is worked out. I don't know who can be found to do it.

Hope NJ comes up with funds, but it looks bad.

    Good luck,

B4As have apparently made a "**" available for me to collect - at my local travel agent's office. The sum, around 1.5K, is not my total requested wihdrawal, which is 2.5K.

I am entirely unfamiliar with moneygrams, and hope the costs involved in the transaction aren't too extreme. I'm also confused about both choice of payment method and sum involved.

Anyway, this seems to be movement in the right direction, albeit it all rather odd.

Not sure how cashouts work like this, but I presume that they send $1500 by ** and then you have to eat the fees and take the exchange rate hit if applicable. Maybe they pay the fees upfront, I don't know.

Moneygrams are cheaper than ** I'm pretty sure.

Its a very good sign that they are making an effort. We have had a few screaming matches over our recent downgrades but all we asked was some attempt be made. We know these guys have some money so send some out. Pull out your wallet and start paying some folks. You have banking problems?? OK, We are all sorry but start sending some money any way you can. Its good faith and it shows some honor. Its a hell of a lot more than NoJuice has done.

I seem to be one of the few who doesn't prefer neteller so I cannot comment on the problems some people seem to be facing with the delays.

However, I requested a payout through ********** from Betaces on Tuesday afternoon and received my money by Friday. When I made the payout request, I spoke to Charlie who mentioned that he was brought in as a contractor to rectify the payout problems. He mentioned that he will stay as long as he needs to before he is comfortable that the operation can continue smoothly without him.

I got a good feeling from talking to him. And as usual, the customer service is top notch there.

    Cheers,

    Paul

I did not receive my **.

I took all the details I was given (transaction number, name and place of origin) to the local office. There was no ** for the listed details.

    Really funny.

What's the next trick, B4As? Going to send me a cheque, have it bounce and land me with the fees?

Can we assume now B4As is officially out for the count? I wonder what chances of a bailout?

This situation is getting my frustrating by the day. There is no information coming from anywhere.

Both sites are still up and running and taking deposits & wagers.

It's starting to look like a conspiracy between them.

Its fair to call both scams at this point. When you take in deposits but refuse to even send out new deposits to those waiting 3 weeks for a payout you got yourself a scam.

This is a good time for me to stop lurking and start posting here.

I have some money in B4A. I asked for a 2.5K Neteller payout last Monday which I still haven't got. I spoke to John at B4A today and he said I would have it by this weekend. I said Saturday the 24th? and he said probably Friday.

He said something about payout requests being split into 2 groups. I didn't totally understand it but I think he meant they are being handled in the order they are received.

I'll tell you this about my situation. I'm disgusted with TOW. I'll keep an eye on things there as long as this situation is going on but after that, they're dead to me.

good decision tomcast, Tow is *not* a watchdog and too many new people find this out the hard way. Stick with SBR ratings and you are fine.

    Dear Mr. xxxx,

I would like to apologize for the delay in answering your
email. At the present moment we have nothing new to pass on. I have beeen
told by my superiors that they are working on the problem (Neteller) and
that all will be back to normal soon. I understand your frustration and
thank you for your patience. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

    Thank You

    Dear Mr. xxx,

The Accounting Department is waiting for a wire that we sent like a week and a half ago to hit the neteller account any time soon, the problem is that in the middle of the process the wire got stucked. Neteller is working on it and we spect to have the money ready as soon as possible so we can star paying everybody.

We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for your understanding in this matter.

    Best regards
    Customer Service Department
    No Juice Sports

I enjoyed the 2nd reply i'm not sure what "stucked" or "spect" mean but if these are the great minds running no-juice i have no doubt my money is safe and will be in my neteller account any minute

That e-mail is scary just with the grammar used. SBR certainly gave them ample warning the F was coming. I can't recall a book ever dropping to F and recovering.

Looks like Domenic ( the guy that left) was the brains of 3guysinaclosetsportsbook.com

If they bought Dom out, NJ should have used to money paid by Dom to exit to pay players. Looks like bailouts are going to be needed.

I am in the same boat with these 2 books as most of the people posting here. It is extremely frustrating! I did get a ** from Bet4Aces last Friday. John says I should receive another on Wednesday (so maybe Friday?) I made withdrawal requests on May 26, 27, and 29. It seems as though they are at least making an effort.

No Juice, on the other hand, is not even giving us any kind of time frame. The email responses that are posted here are the same ones I got. I don't know anyone who has been paid anything. Has anyone even talked to anyone of any consequence over there? The silence is crazy-making

I have never encountered these problems before so I don't even know how to proceed or who to contact. Any suggestions?

NJ is behaving like Pan-am did when they were starting to fail, maybe worse. Pan-am did send out some token payments. It took me years to get a bailout on that one ( Bigboy Dan eventually got me one with Betonstars). The bailouts are often with low ranked books.

Thanks to everyone for the great welcome - I just hope it all end up ok in the end.

How true is the story about the difficulty in sending money to neteller - I saw a comment on the main page that there was delays expected because of a change in banking systems ?

Apart from that vague hope it looks like we are all hoping for someone to come along with a takeover or some thing similar.
