I'm not familiar with the BCS structure at all. I just wanted to know if Texas is officially out of the BCS title game, or if they still have a chance.

If Mizzou beats OU then Texas will be in the MNC.

Thats how I understand it. Plus there is about a 1% chance that Texas is in if Florida beats Alab ugly.
