    if uyo parked it in there garage you can bet they would. the rule for them is if its in our possesion its ours until we choose to send it back

    Did you send in your documentation to Neteller?

    They have your bicycle but they just want to verify with Neteller that you are who you say you are before they give it back.

    I know that you're worried about the questionable legality of bike riding here in the US but it's OK, Neteller would never pass along any of your personal details.
