I asked Ohio State because a special somebody on here said that Texas would loose to Ohio State and I said he was crazy! I was just making sure I was'nt on a Island by myself!
But anyway TEXAS would beat USC once again

Oh I see that makes sense. I read in the paper today that Texas and Ohio State could meet or Texas and Utah is also a likely game. Guess we will have to wait and see

i think usc's d would put a strangle-hold on mr colt mccoy and his wr's wouldnt find any space against trojan secondary, gimme the trojans in any big game, any big game at all, just not the bad ones like stanfraud and ucla, haha

I think the line on a neutral field would be Texas -2 and thats a skinny line. USC is a great team with the best talent. They dont always show up however.

This would be a great game but unfortunately I think the way they pick the Bowl games is sort of like if we were picking teams in the school yard.
After championship is decided the rest of the BCS games get to pick 1 team at a time, then with the teams left they pick again for the opponents.
So like no one will want Cinci so whoever picks last will likely get stuck with them. I think they should do the championship game then pair the 3 and 4 best teams then try and fairly pair the rest of the teams and make good games....

People are forgetting that Texas could still play in the BCS Championship Game if Missouri upsets Oklahoma.
Anyhow, isn't a USC/Penn State Rose Bowl already a definite?

Texas I think can handle USC
USC has trouble scoring against bad teams in PAC 10

Texas wins by at least a td. USC will end up playing Penn St in the Rose Bowl so this matchup won't happen.

I think that USC's defense would totally dominate MCcoy and USC would take it.

Texas would beat USC easily. USC doesn't have the offense to keep up. If McCoy were on USC, then I would have to go with USC.. but their QB play is horrible.

USC defense is the best Pete Carroll has ever had at USC. They have at least three 1st rd NFL prospects while solid at every other position. They have given up just 80 pts all season long, that's 7.27ppg!!!!!!! with 9 games allowing 10pts or less including 3 shutouts. They would have no trouble shutting down or slowing McCoy, Teblow, Bradford or whomever they face.
Offense has been a bit dissapointing but they are still capable of fireworks like when they put up 52 vs. Virginia, 35 vs. Ohio St, 44 vs. Oregon, 45 vs. Stanford, 38 vs. ND, 69 vs. WSU, 56 vs. Wash.
Also let's not forget that Pete Carroll is 6-1 in BCS bowls..... he may not always have the superior talent but he always has them better prepared than his opponents. Even his lone loss they had a 12 pt lead with 5 min left vs. Texas.

This is definately the best USC defense in Carrol's tenure, but this is not the best USC team (overall) that Pete Carrol has had.

USC wins. USC didn't really play anybody after they destroyed Ohio State. After that game they relaxed (and lost right away). Put them up against any of the top teams and you will see their real power.

Texas would win. How fast is Colt McCoy? I think the mobility of Colt McCoy to move around would cause problems for USC defense.

Texas, OU, Tech, Okie St.. Even Mizzou would beat USC.. They are overrated and weak.

-2 No way, -10 would be around the right line.
