Keep in mind the game is at night in Kansas City and if the weather is like it was for the Mizzou/Kansas game the scoring could be down. 17 points is alot in a Championship game. big joe, you are exactly right. Stoops was not intentionally running up the score. It was just bad defense by OK St. stoops was actually showing some respect by not throwing it into the endzone with 26 seconds left.. something I have not seen from Stoops.
