The dude is just around to cause problems. He has no interest in gambling, he loves to watch people lose, and he is only here to instigate and cause problems with others.

To be fair, if there was an ignore button there would be no issues. Issues arise when people with no interest in gambling or sports who also beleive all gamblers are stupid discover they can brighten up their dull lives by antagonising people who wish to use the chatroom for its intended purpose, that's all.
