I can't see the lines above. All I see is a little white box with a red square.

From time to time we post updates to the flash, this may cause users to not be able to see the flash for a small increment of time.

It should not be a permanet issue for any user.

Public computers are another story, policies may be in place that make it impossible to download plug-ins like Macromedia Flash player.

I mentioned it at OGD yesterday, but I have the same problem as raiders. I know nothing about computers or how to change 'resolution.' If you change resolution, how does it affect how other sites come up, if at all? I damn sure don't want to mess everything else up just so I can read the sbrforum more easily.

I can sure understand your reluctance to make configuration changes to your computer. With regards to resolution size however, most sites are going or have gone to a higher resolution. Windows has even packaged its XP PRO version for 1024x768 as its default. Basically all it does is allow you to see more on your screen.

It is very easy to change and just as simple to change back.

Give this a try

1. Minimize all windows so you can see your desktop.
2. Right click your desktop and select the 'Properties' menu option.
3. Click the 'Setting' tab
4. Use the slide bar in the 'Screen Resolution' section to set your resolution at 1024x768
5. Click ok.

You can use these same steps to revert back to your current screen resolution if this does not fix your problem.

I am sure you will find that you will be able to view all your previous sites as well as sites that require a higher resolution.

I saw your post before you edited it and tried to change the text size as you outlined. I clicked 'larger' or something like that(it's currently on medium) and nothing happened. Do you have to reboot in order for a text size change to take hold?

I am sorry, I spoke before I thought. We use style sheets in our forum and that option will not help for our site.

Gotcha. Yeah, it's the style sheets every time gumming up the works it seems like.

I like this guy(?) Agent. If you ask around you'll find that I don't often say that about many people on these loony bin forums. He's in sharp contrast to those techies at the RX who are in la-la land.

One thing I did just find out. Text gets larger if you use Firefox browser. IE dont change. FF runs faster too, so it maybe a thing to look into.
