Racing from the state of California will not be offered at this time as they are not commercially viable. As such we will not offer any products on it for the time being - tote, LV, exchange, etc.

Taxes are too high so Betfair can't turn a profit..not commercially viable
That's the problem with regulation, governments can overtax gambling to the point that nobody can make any money. I look forward to the government ending it's oppression of people who gamble, but I still hope there are offshore options available to us so we aren't at the mercy of state and federal taxes/regulations
