No current problems here. Cashed out about 20K in mid-May. Recently got an e-mail from a new sales rep saying they would like to get me back on board.

I haven't called him yet but probably will this week just to see what's what.

I've had 2 great experiences with Hollywood in the last week. I got my 10% rebate on NBA losses and the 5% deposit bonus. I'm not sure whether they would have happened had I not emailed them, but each time the situation was corrected in a few hours without any further contact from me to them. 1 email each time .. Fixed

Can't do much better than that in my book.

I haven't had the need to w/d yet but I'm satisfied w/ the CS I've received and have no doubt that would go off w/o a hitch as well.

IMO they deserve to have their rating moved back up a bit.

Btw. Is it safe to get bonus from Hollywood if someone got bonus from another Sportingbet bookie?

I know they are trying. They have been good to brief us on their progress and we greatly appreciate that. I think we all want to see a steady track record from here.

Bill would be the best one to respond. If there is an offer you really like then I would say go get 'em. But we are sticking with our C rating opinion, so just know that. But if you have any problems at all please call us or write Bill.

I had not been betting for the last couple of months but left a significant amount (five figures) in my Hollywood account since I meant to start again in the summer. I decided to make a withdrawal on Thursday, but unfortunately did not know beforehand about the change in ownership. After it was not processed within 24 hours, I became a little worried and went over to SBR and saw that the rating had been lowered, new ownership, cashout problems, etc.

I talked to a rep on Friday, who took my Neteller account info again. The money was not in my account today, and I received an e-mail saying it was being sent via Fed Ex, instead of Neteller as I had requested (twice).

I spoke with a rep again today, who put in a request to cancel the original withdrawal to that I can re-withdraw via Neteller. The money has not yet been credited back to my Hollywood account. We will see what happens. Frankly, I am a little worried.

Yeah, this happened to me (and many others) too. For some reason they kept wanting to change my request from Neteller to a cheque via Fedex. I just kept working with them, responding to their e-mails, phoning CS. Some people actually had to make a small (~$50) Neteller deposit to the new site in order to enable the Neteller payout.

    But it got done.

I read many complaints weeks ago, but haven't heard much lately (which leads me to believe they are cleaning things up)...

Just wanted to update you all on the issue I posted a few days ago.

The FedEx check was canceled and the money returned to my account. I then made a small deposit via Neteller to link my account (as suggested by a CS rep and here on this board) and requested a cash out on Monday morning. I received the funds this evening with no further issues, so all is good.

This sounds like the exact same issue folks were having a month ago during the conversion and is related to the cashout guys not having the Hollywood accounts' Neteller info. I suspect that cashouts are fine for those who have already made a deposit/withdrawal via Neteller since the conversion.

Makes little sense to play at hollywood. The rollover for a measly 5% cash bonus is 5x. YOu can get the same bonus and same lines at sports.com and only have a 1x rollover. Don't see the point in playing there.

I like Hollywood. Currently large balance, but I want to play a lot, and take most of this out in August... Not concerned with this rollover requirement.

Hopefully there will be a defined policy after our meeting with management next month. To answer your question now, you will not see Hollywood or BetUSA confiscate a bonus or winnings because of an unwritten rule. However, the other sportsbook balance may be the liability. I would not play at a SBT Plc book where the decision maker is solely SBT Plc.
