anyone who had extensive dealings or problems with bet royal is familiar with richard jones, the former customer service manager at royal.i just found out that richard is now customer service manager @the new cascade group.i need to say that richard is as good as it gets in this industry and highly encourage players to send some deposits 777 rocks way.the -105 pricing will be great this football season and i believe money parked here will be as secure as pinnacle.thanks richard for protecting my deposits at royal and always seeing that i got paid

Anybody that can keep Bet Royal players paid is a Superhuman. I wonder how many times Richard feared for his life when he argued with other "management" officials at Royal that the players needed to be paid.

I think I yelled at Richard more than anyone offshore. When I was going through getting long slow pays at Royal last spring, he took the brunt of it. I can't say I have the most positive feelings about how he handled things, but in the end I was paid and I understand his control of the situation was limited.

Will be interesting how he works with less negatives.

Thats the problem with this industry Richard..Someone good becomes available, like yourself, and nobody knows..Its nice that you landed with Lenny, hes good people and you made a wise choice..But how do you know it was the best choice??..Did you get market value for your talents, and did you make the best decision??..There are lots of books who given the knowledge that you were available might have made better offers..

I dont know the answers, but i wish there was a site or a headhunter where info like this would have been posted..

    PPH,

I got put into a lot of CS and wagering roles amongst other things at my former workplace. It is not really what I do, or ever wanted to do. The challenges, and the benefits of Cascade are exciting and fit my core competencies.

There is a company by the name of Pentasia that offers great opportunities and placement. However, in this case, I have known Lenny for many years, and feel very much at home working him. I had several offers at the time of my decision, but I really shared the same vision that Lenny has for Cascade and our family of books. That is what sold me.
