I thought 5dimes used to.
Just wondering if they're any books that let you choose which way you'd like to withdraw without any hassles.
Thanks

My experience
Mansion (I think not just for me)
bookies which allow to withdraw via another method than was used by funding (but U must deposit small amount to activate it):
5dimes
Canbet
bookies which allow to withdraw via another method winnings only:
Greek
VIPgroup
Pinnacle (for me they allow withdraw everywhere I want)

Then withdraw the deposited amount via Neteller.
Then the other payout possibilities appear in the withdrawal rollover and you can withdraw your winnings.
I hope - for me it works.

If you deposit into Bet Royal using Neteller, it is very likely you won't be paid via Neteller. Of course, you never know if or when you will get paid but since their Neteller account is always dry they will send the money by whichever method they want if they manage to send out any money at all.
I don't know for sure, but I get the impression that books do not have to pay as high of fees if they process withdrawals back to the institutions from which they originated. This would hold true to the advice provided by Lucas in that anything in excess of the original deposit amount can often times be withdrawn using another method, but having the original deposit amount go elsewhere is almost invariably a NOGO in this industry.
