Who else is pumped up for "24" tonight?
Two hour season debut tonight. Will be tough because I still want to watch Indy game. Times like this I wish I owned a TIVO.

Jack Bauer is so gorgeous, the show is mediocre at best but I watch just to see his muscles flex under those adorably tight T-shirts. Is that why you like the show too, CrazyL?

Not sure what their schedule will be, I think they might not kick in till after December but this would be two hours shaved off so 22 hours would remain after this. The last few years I think the first two weekends were two two hour events. |

Wikipedia says this is a movie event that is set between seasons 6 and 7. I think season 7 will start with hour one in February.

Yeah from what I understand, because it won't be the same day as when season 7 picks up. I think this won't be "real-time", but rather developments of a couple of months crammed into 2 hours. |

They decided to do this as a thank you to the fans because of the writers strike last year. They knew it was hard for the fans to wait this long for the new season and so long has gone by that they wanted to do something....Really a cool idea actually. |

i wonder if Jack is back on smack...can you believe he spent an entire season/24 hours fiending for heroin and still kicked mucho ass...unbelievable...can't wait...hopefully he's hooked again cause that was a great season
