    Default anyone know rollerson's status for game 2 ?

    i seen he was injured late in game 1 of the cup finals, but i didn't see any injury reports. if anyone knows please post it.

    Check the Pucks forum for the story, but Edmonton announced Rolason is out for the series. I'm hoping they jumped it too fast here, as it seems to be a quick announcment. Even if it's true, why announce it so quickly and alert Carolina?

    I have Edmonton in the series. Not happy right now but I still think if they can somehow win Game 2, they will still win the series. They were the better team tonight, but Carolina gets a huge break here.

    Rolason played awful tonight. Worst game of the playoffs. The second goal that made is 3-2 was one he should have stopped in his sleep.

    Dan, I posted the story in the Pucks forum. Its a big big blow to Edmonton.

    Is a sweep possible for the Hurricanes? Maybe that would be a good bet. What is the current odds on the Canes in 4?

    i don't think they sweep'um, but i sure don't like the oilers chances at all onlooker.

    I have 17G on this series with small wagers throughout the year avg'ing a little better than 30-1 at just over $500.. Now the question is.. Do I

    A) Panic, take a second mortgage on my house just to Cover what I can with Carolina at the Inflated PRice...
    B) Hold... Let the series play itself out and make some <1K wagers on Carolina if things get out of hand...
    C) Or POUND the SHEIT out of Edmonton with the deflated pricetag and Teach Everyone the lessons of not jumping the gun on a team of Destiny...

    Oh there's also D) Cry myself to sleep every night and do nothing...

    Agreed A) isn't a complete panic.. But I was trying to buy insurance at a good price.. Now I am forced to overpay based on the circumstances. I see the series price for Carolina going from as low as -126 after game 1, to I anticipate -200 to -230 now... I feel cheated..

    Like you said though.. It's a guarentee..

    Carolina is at -285 on Pinny.. WOW That's alot of effort to make $2K...

    I think we just sit back and hope for the Best

    (And cry under the pillow)

    Then again, we Can always BET THE SHEIT out of The Oilers... They came back from the Flu, can they come back from an Injured Goalie? Probably not!
