Over 8 wins +110
Under 8 wins -140

this line is tough, but i feel the over just might have some value here.

by the time he returns to the astros rotation, you figure it's going to be right around the time the astros should make there move in the division race, and the wild card.

you have to figure a well rested Clemens could really put a hurting on some of these teams that are just going thru the motions (aka FL,cubs,pitt to name a few)

I'd take the under myself for a couple of reasons.

He doesn't go deep into games and bullpen could blow leads.
He may not get off to the great start the public expects.
He may get injured somewhere along the way losing starts.

I dont like that -140 part but I think Roger will get 6 or 7 wins. No way he gets 9 so I make this bet.
