You do neither. What's done is done, but that's not the end of the story. First, Google up "foreskin restoration" and see the amazing techniques that have been developed to encourage the skin to extend itself to its original position. Second, you encourage the women you know to educate themselves about the issue. As we all know, women call the shots when the baby pops out, and all they need is the right encouragement to tell that doctor to make his 5-minute $125 elsewhere.

Most people don't realize that obstetricians and pediatricians treat circumcision like an oil change at the car dealership. It's just an easy way for them to pad their bill and get the insurance to pony up the money for the Porsche payment. It's a disgusting practice that only persists because doctors don't want to give up the money.
