Brick you could be right but this is probably one of those deals where you have new owners who just don't know how to manage the cash properly. I think we see this with almost every new book.

If I was a new book owner I sure hope I would be smart enough to keep a ton of cash in Neteller. Not being able to pay on demand just kills these new books.

I've had a great experience with Bet4Aces in the 2 months I have played there. I've kicked their ass and was paid twice within 24 hours each time. I hope they are able to get their banking straightened out. I would like to see these guys make it.

Im waiting on 2.5K over a week now from B4As. So, it doesn´t seem to be another "empty Neteller but it´ll be OK as soon as a wire hits" issue.

After RCS I needed my head examining playing another rookie book. Of the three I played, RCS, NJ Juice and B4As, Ive had hassles with two of them. It ain´t worth it.

I take some heart from Bill´s quasi-confidence. Here´s hoping they aren´t down another one down the toilet.

I don't think most players will get paid this week.

Neteller is no longer taking instant/emergency deposits through Banco Nacional (the way US players used to be able to do account to account transfers to Neteller's BkofAma account). Sportsbooks will have to wire the funds to Neteller's Barclays UK bank account. This should add at least 3 days to the wait time for those asking for substantial Neteller withdrawals.

If I was waiting for these funds I would change my request to check, if and only if it is verified that the funds will come via Fed ex with a tracking number, or take a ** payment.

The books will always Neteller to the smaller players because the money goes further, upsetting fewer account holders. If anyone is paid (guessing $400 or more) via Neteller it will be because someone else deposited. I would expect smaller transfers to be going in an out. cordyaz was fortunate that 4Aces was willing/able to send a larger chunk from Neteller at that time.

Bill, how can a wire take 3 days? I have never waited more than 1 business day for a wire (this of course requires the originator of the wire to send the funds on the day promised, which I think is causing the delay in this case).

I'm in the UK and if I wired money to Neteller's Barclays UK bank account then it would still take 3 days to get there (admittedly, if I banked with Barclays, it would be immediate).

Some banks just seem better at or should I say some banks love to debit your account, hold the money for a couple of days while they make interest. Do that on every wire and it adds up.

OK, I got back on live chat after 48 hours (yeah, I couldn´t wait 48 hours, chalk me up as human). Noone is responding. My balance is still sotting there.

Bet4aces was supposed to have sent out an email. I know I still haven't receievd it. Basically it quotes Bills post on the front page about Neteller, and the banking changes. The delays are taking longer then expected. The new time line is this Friday.. When ever someone tells me they will pay me on Friday, I assume it most likely means monday. So if we're lucky we'll be paid in 2 days, otherwise at least 5 days.

I just got through. Is there any corroboration to this business about Neteller having some kind of inconvenient policy change with Costa Rican banks? They did send out emails, so it´s not like they´re totally in hiding. I´ve now been told Friday, but I will admit to being tired of this BS. If it´s actually Friday, don´t tell me on Tuesday it´ll be "tomorrow", because that´s actually Wednesday. Yes, I did learn days of the week at school.

I´m not writing them off, but I´m currently a bit weary of being shagged around. If nothing by Friday, as far as I´m concerned this is officially a BOS job. I don´t mind being lied to, but don´t totally take this piss.

If payments do start on Friday, all well and good.

Neteller did make this change but it is certainly not an excuse. This wasn't the standard way of processing a merchant deposit and books should not have relied on it.

I'm still forecasting that players won't see their money until next week at best. If Neteller is funded on Monday it may take an additional wire to cover the run on the bank. Bet4Aces is essentially going to be starting from scratch if they choose to stick with this brand.

A Neteller EFT usually take 4 days to reach its destination. A transfer within the same bank can be done instantly which is why Neteller no longer offering to credit merchants after transfers to their CR bank accounts would theoretically add to the delay. Sending a wire within the same country should clear faster.
