If you have a brain and realize not knowing whether or not your bet was matched and whether or not it will stand if it was matched during these countless "technical difficulties" then you must agree. Personally I don't know how even the arbers here love matchbook so much, hell they don't know if the other half of the bets they arbed is goin to stand so they are gambling and don't even realize it

One of reasons thwy Americasn not interested in this type of betting most want traditional phone or web betting.

I think matchbook will continue to get better and have less downtime.

All I can say is have some other outs. Get your betting done by the afternoon if possible...they're usually up in the afternoon. Don't leave too many bets hanging on matchbook: check in on them.

If you hate them, it's easy to check out of there and into another book. I prefer you stay, though, as I want your money.

In theory,exchanges should have already have been the preferred model for wagering years ago.Why would anyone with an ounce of common sense lay more juice each wager at a traditional sportsbook.The traditional sportsbook model and its high juice should have already been obsolete compared to the lines from exchanges.

The problem in europe has been a massive assault on exchanges by traditional books threatened by exchanges,here in north america and especially in regards to their customers in the States,exchanges have failed primarily by their own incompetence.

Look at matchbook today and compare the liquidity and volume and overall efficiency of todays matchbook with a year ago.How ,in gods name, can you build volume and not have moneygram and wu as funding options.

Better exchanges than matchbook have folded,lets hope they get their act together soon.

i beleive well over 90% of the wagering public in america dont even know what an exchange is. and until they do you will not see the full potential of this platform.

betfair thrived in the most competitive gaming environment on earth, you cannot walk ten feet in the uk without walking past a betting shop. leads me to one conclusion.

i have been the #1 matchy shill here from day 1, and i am now this close to going there this weekend and throwing rocks at their building and break their windows. i hate this place now.. i hate their website. i hate their small NHL offers of 42 bucks on each side.. i hate everything.

i just dream of a book like pinnacle arrive, and instead of 8 cent lines.. it's 2 cent lines across.. just like in vegas back in early 90's with a casino called Barbary Coast.. all casinos had 20 cent lines, except barbary coast.. they had 5 cent lines, and i loved it.

we need a barbary coast offshore with a 2 cent line.. a book that can draw millions and millions in action in volume a night, and make money.. like pinny 3 or 4 yrs ago, but even better because of very very high volume..

Matchbook has unqualified people running the book and stupid and very uneducated techs that cannot add 2 +2

We need them to be bought out by a euro group and you will then see a top wagering platform. Matchbook simply does not have the money to re-invest in their website and has never ever improved.

No,and it seems to me from the very time they lost these funding options we have seen major drops in volume and liquidity.I would love to see some data on matchbooks volume though.

I am using bank wire to fund matchbook and I have had problems with bank of america twice now.Some people are not having problems but we will see as time goes on.

Unreal,that alot of guys on here use a book with a really poor concept like creditwagering and supposedly still get paid promptly and can put money in using moneygram,wu etc.. but the most vital method of wagering out there[matchbook] still has not got its funding options in order.

That would be a dream site Nicky, one that offers parlays and the ability to simply bet not stand around and hope your bet gets matched then have technical difficulties where you're left in the dark, something with -106/+103 (3-cent lines) would be a dream, fukin matchy you can't even bet 1st halves b/c no one bets them on there, if you put up a line and they have one of their "sorry you're about to be hosed technical difficulties" then not only do you not know whether or not your bet has been matched you don't have the ability to take the offer down, for live betting this is a potential nightmare b/c the odds change play by play, one play that you get "technical difficultied" on that results in a pick 6 and you just lost whatever offer you put up

i have gotten stuck here many times.. 3 times i had a huge bet that i had not known if it was in or not.. so i put another huge bet elswhere thinking its not in, only to find out some were in..and would be stuck with double the amount.. etc.. i hate matchbook with a passion now. i used to live by this site.. now, i hate it..

hockey offers dont even get matched anymore.. and when i want to bet on one, they have 11 bucks on each side.. nba is not much better too.. right now, HOU vs ORL about to start, and they have 112 bucks on one side and 93 bucks on other side.. and game starts in 5 minutes.. i hate matchy..

gimme a book that has -112/+109 right now with no offers to make and i will be happiest guy in the world.. and even this line with matchy is not good. it's not a 3 cent line, it's a 7 cent line after commish..
