Some time ago i played there, with the 10% first deposit bonus.
That was pretty stoopid, the -105 lines are worth much more
(specially now with 10c totals at bases).
Today i asked them if i could be switched to -105, and 5 minutes later it was done. Great customer service, and i was really surprised they did that for me.

This is an important year for Cascade. They have things rolling and have momentuem. The peak and valley years are now behind them to a large degree. They really need to manage football with great effort.
Its nice to see Cascade get to this position.

cascade had the yanks lined at +105 when everyone else had them favored in the -112 to -120 range
i bet 500 on the yanks and gave customer service a call to see if it was a line error
they told me "we dont cancel wagers, if you bet it you got action"
btw, wsex said the same thing to me a few weeks back.
i really appreciate books like that because they give customers a fair chance to win without taking advantage using dual lines, bonus revocation, or other tricks of the trade to keep the money in house.

I wonder if this is the case even in matters where there is a clear and gross error with the line, i.e. when they accidently have a favorite + the points instead of - the points or when they accidently add an extra 0 at the end of a ML price.Originally Posted by Brooks

did a quick search in my email and found this from cascade:
"We do not cancel wagers if there is an error and it is our fault you have a bet
my friend"
with that said, im not looking to screw a book on an obvious bad line.
if it was clearly obvious, i would place my "normal" wager and call immediately so they could take it down and wouldnt complain if they canceled it but i know they wouldnt. it is a fine line but if i put 5dimes on it instead of 500, then i would feel i was out to take advantage
respect the book until they give you a reason not to is my motto.
the only books that have really dissed (wow, havent used that word in awhile" have been wagerweb (loyality bonus confiscation)and bcn (which is out of business)

The bottom line is I'm trying to make money, so if they want to honor a +100 ML that was listed as +1000, I'm not going to not take it, but I hear your point. It just seems like they are rather emphatic in saying that they will honor all mistakes. I give them huge props for that, I just think it's a dumb move because I have to expect there will be an error or two along the way, and one of those may be a huge error, which is going to end up being costly for them.
