Do you need a presciption to get drugs in Central America, like can you go into a Mexican pharmacy right over the border and buy hydro or whatever and just drive back home if you live near the border? If not Mexico what about Nicaragua or CR do they even require prescriptions like they do in US for everything? I heard you can just tell the pharmacists you've got back pain or whatever and he'll write you a prescription for whatever you want

Either way, you can find a doctor to prescribe anything you need.

Depend on the drug, not so easy to get big quantities on some of them. Even if you do get some, Customs is going to give you sh!t for it. Foreign prescriptions are recognize in the US but conving the officers to let them through is another thing.
