Hey Guys,

We have been following the BetJam & Greek account migration to Heritage. I think most of the questions have been answered but if not, post them here. Below is a letter from Heritage that they asked us to share.

We hope the transition has gone well for you. I know we had a hiccup or two, but if you have any issues whatsoever please contact us. We are here to make sure you are comfortable.

If you are a “sharp” or “winning” player you will not be shown the door. To begin with limits may be adjusted appropriately and while we may never be as good as The Greek in meeting your needs we will sure try our best over this football season.

If we still haven’t convinced you, we will process your withdrawal upon your request for FREE. While we don’t have them yet we will arrange for book to book transfers with Bookmaker and 5 Dimes on Monday and of course you can always receive a check via special courier.

We do hope you all decide to stay at Heritage. We will bust our butts to make you glad you did.

Heritage is the best book I've ever been apart of. I can't fathom to think why any of you would be upset at the transition. You should glad you got an invitation with Heritage.

No, just but no longer booking USA-based action. BetJamaica is closed.

they should take ALL betjam and greek customers that have ever deposited there.

pico was asking about the Greek. This letter isn't from the Greek and from the sounds of Bill's post when he says they asked him to share it, it was a letter that Heritage released to SBR to post here to help answer questions so I'm not sure if they'd even be e-mailing it to anyone.

I thought all Greek accounts are automatically transferred to Heritage. I have received nothing from Greek or Heritage.

when the news first broke, people were talking about manually having their accounts transferred through customer service. quick process.

You have to initiate the transfer process yourself via a link that would've been emailed to you or failing that when things were going screwy because of the influx of traffic, by contacting CS directly. I assume you would've received an email if you had an active account and they had a valid email address on file as others have posted that they did. But if they missed you accidentally, you should contact them.

i am as well....but their homepage only offers a login with your acct and password.....

I didn't have a balance at BetJam and got transferred over to Heritage.

I don't know man, if my Greek account had been transferred over I would've given them a try, especially if it were funded already. I never really think about Heritage until every time I see a thread on here where someone's asking for a Heritage invite and then people pop in going on and on about the get out of your bet at halftime promo and some sort of contests they run. I always think I want an invite just because I've never been offered one. And then I forget about it until someone mentions it again. Now that they've said in this letter that they're using all of their invites for the year on BetJam and US Greek customers, I want one again because I know I can't play there since my account doesn't get transferred over. I get your point though and if I didn't have a choice in the matter then I might feel the same way too. At least they've confirmed there won't be any withdrawal fees. Only fair way to do it in my opinion.
