Announcer: "I know there will be many people happy with that final score (11-10)."
The guy must have a shitload on +5 Chargers.

Yeah it was the play by play announcer "Jim Nanz"... He did say that JUST as they were breaking away and I agree I think he was talking about the line...

Those guys are aware of the line and often mention the importance of a score that would put it over the line with similar language. I heard the comment in this case, but it wasn't clear whether it was the 11-10 thing or the point spread. I don't think "a lot of people" care about the first 11-10 score ever, so I think he probably was talking about the points.
