i never really watched this show on a regular basis though. from what i do remember about it though, it sure seemed like every other word in those scripts were cuss words

Totally agree. Thankfully after Sopranos ends this week, Deadwood season 3 starts up.

I would recommend starting right at the start of season 1 - you should be able to get the DVD's at Blockbuster - but it's probably alright to join in at any time.

I love some of the quotes that come out of this show. I was watching an episode yesterday and Calamity Jane, when asked what her preference is for a drink, says, "That it ain't been previously swallowed."
