Paid line services are really hurting, people realize you do not need them anymore as many free products just as good.

ehh, there probably is only really 1 GOOD free product out there. I imagine the vast majority of people will be satisfied by it. Our niche is definitely small, but they do exist and they do pay a premium. Don't get me wrong, we agree that they shouldnt be paying $600+ a month, but there is value at our price point for the people who need the service.
