    Default Pinnacle payout problem

I do not know if it is because the bookies have bad month but...
My buddy from Czech deposited only in the last month over 13K via Neteller and over 6K via Moneybookers. He lost more than won there.
Now he wanted to withdraw to Neteller.
Pinnacle lasts on withdrawing to Moneybookers.
They have no such a policy stated I think. Personally I am withdrawing to Moneybookers and to Neteller without problems.
Mods do you think SBR helps?

Probably the forum sponsored by Pinnacle is not the right place to ask for it

If I follow what you are saying, your friend wants his withdrawal from Neteller, but Pinnacle wants to pay out to Moneybookers first? That is fairly common that a book pays out to certain methods first before others.

I do not find common when book deserves on paying one method when two methods were used by funding.
As I know Neteller was the main funding method.
Personally I have no problem with Pinnacle, I esp. asked them for it an they wrote to me:
    "Dear Sir,

Upon reviewing your active account xxxxxxxx and your old account xxxxxxx, we notice you have used both Moneybookers and NETeller to fund your accounts. You may therefore withdraw funds either via Moneybookers or NETeller.

Once we have returned all the funds deposited via either of the methods, you will need to use to other method to withdraw funds.

    Regards,

    Customer Service Department
    Pinnacle Sports"
It was my advice to my buddy to fund Pinnacle by both methods and so split the bank as he needs, so I am feeling a little responsive for that.
Others bookies that makes no problem with that are for example Mansion, 5dimes and Canbet. Why not Pinnacle?
