This sentence sends a terrible message, there truly is no such thing as justice.

Justice would be having one (or more) of Mr. Clarks family members killed in an auto accident caused by a drunk driver, and then that driver receive a house arrest sentence.

Kill someone house arrest. Abuse a dog 2+ years. I abhor animal cruelty but come on this is ridiculous
