Default thegreek is offering an interesting prop on the royals

i know KC is really bad this year. although, the over does appear to have some really nice value.

Most wins - 2006 KC Royals vs 1962 NY Mets KC Royals must win 41 regular season games for yes to be a winning wager. KC must play 160 regular season games for action. Max wager is $200. 1962 Mets record was 40 - 120.

    601 Yes -360
    602 No +300

I think the Royal will manage 41 wins. They suck a lot but under 41 wins is absolutely nuts.

Interesting prop, but they should win more than 40. They will get some garbage wins towards the end of the season when other teams have packed it in.

Even with teams packing it in, this Royal team is terrible. Its possible for under 40. Nothing I would wager on, but they do have a good shot at it.

KC offense is too strong, they wont get beaten by 10+ runs often enough - they should win 41 easy

Kinda interesting prop..I agree with what Illusion said about gathering garbage wins in pointless games but this team also will be losing it's best players come all-star break time(Sanders, Elarton, Grudzilanek) ...with their bullpen and horrible starters...it wouldn't surprise me to see them lose 120 or so. This team wouldn't even be in first place in some Triple-A divisions.

I'm even going to go out on a limb and predict they will win more than the 2003 Tigers. That's right, I'm saying the Royals will surpass a lofty 43 wins!
