I think Aussie Punter would be the definition of "bogan".

Bogan is the Australia/NZ version of redneck. I've met many a bogan in my time in NZ/Aus and can identify one within 5 seconds of contact.

I almost became a Kiwi at one point. Have a bunch of friends in Oz and was offered a programming job in Auckland.

Nice. I'm kind of slowly working towards starting a business in NZ and eventually Oz. Should be ready to go by the time I graduate. Nice part of the world.

i'm not from hong kong, but i do eat chinese food.. in fact, i swear to god, i ordered it tonight.. it sucked as hell.. too greasy.. i need to go to Hong Kong to eat some good chinese food there. Man, i dont know how anyone can learn chinese. how do these chinamen do it.. i hear them all the time at the casino here talking.. btw, they love their gambling these chinamen. i hear them at the casino talking and i say to myself, how the fukk can anyone ever learn that language.. what a tough language.. they speak so fast and they change tones for each sentence.. it's like they are singing a song when they talk..

tough language.. we should get pico to make us an instructional vid on how to speak chinese. i'd love to learn it because i am sure they are always talking about me at the casino and bad mouthing me.. just once, i want to catch them off guard and blow their minds and say.. what was that you just said about me?? and then see the look on their face...

Nicky you degenerate, you go to the casino too?

How about Hippodrome de Montreal? Play the ponies?

Don't tell me you hate the ponies Nicky, you say you hate many things but do them anyway.

i live... literally... 11 minute walk to the Hippodrome.. (for most of you that don't know.. Horse Racing Stadium)... and I have only been there 1 time, and that was enough for me.. i can see it from my window where i am typing this now.. it's right under my apt.. i could see the actual horses running..

I hate this place with a passion.. all my buds go there, and i refuse to go.. I hate horses with a passion.. i find no amusement from it at all and of course, YOU CANNOT WIN at it.. the hold is too high for the house. but it is sooooo boring.. not like sports.. i went there and all i saw were drunks, bums, guys that smelled bad.. and all lonely divorced men that lost it all and looking into garbage cans and checking floors for winning tickets. .it was so sad... i hate that place

your right, the sports books in vegas always have the most upstanding individuals and aristocracy------------NOT

if sports books were legal , the same crowd would be there.

no, this place in Montreal has the worse of the worst.. all these old guys that haven't showered in 3 weeks, fights everywhere. the only time i went there, i saw 4 fights in 2 hrs. people got aggressive in there.. everyone was losing big and tensions were flaring.. guys knocking down garbage cans. i even saw this guy go to get his ticket, and the woman said, sorry, no more. it's past post time.. the guy flipped and when she got up to go to bathroom, he slapped her across the face.. cops came and arrested him.. its a very sad place. worse than any casino in vegas.
