First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Pinnacle withdraws are probably the fastest for non-U.S. players. However if you reside in the U.S. it's either 5Dimes, BetJamaica or ThePig.

All 3 of these pay quite rapidly in my experience. 24-48 hours at the most.

Never played with Betonline, sir. From what I read though, they don't seem to be as well-respected the other 3 books you mentioned.

More reliable, or quickest to pay out? With the changes industry wide they do not go hand in hand. Some are extremely reliable but may be slower these days then they would like to be. The most reliable books IMO are Pinnacle, Greek, WSEX (Matchbook) and CRIS (Bookmaker). There are others but these 4 have stood the test of time and I would consider the most reliable that are out there. Good luck.
