Well SBR Odds is 1 for 1 on not having the fukking line movement when Nicky bet it.

Nicky is the best at getting good lines, this is going to happen again and again if we use SBR Odds. If he gets +183 and shitty SBR Odds says +181, he should not be penalized for hitting a good number, after all you want this contest to reward line shoppers, as you said earlier....or maybe you are having second thoughts since you cant beat Nicky on getting good #s

It's not LT's fault that there may be flaws with SBR Odds since YOU agreed to the rules posted. As I said, you should have voiced your concerns beforehand if you thought this was such an issue. If you don't feel comfortable using SBR Odds in the future, find a new agreed upon source/method with LT. But for this play, you have to use the mutually agreed upon rules at the time of the play.

Guys I was really excited to follow this contest and see what you guys had in you but it really shows you both are all talk by NOT coming to a compromise on this.

The AGREED upon rules was $2k, and you use SBR Odds. Now Nicky is asking for $4 or $5k and using whatever line HE bets. And LT isn't offering any suggestions to make it work, so this shows that you both don't want the contest to work because you'll have to actually put your money where your mouth is for once!

Nicky hasnt even posted the screen shot to even TRY and prove that he got it at +183, but even if he did it is irrelevant because SBR Odds did not have it at +183. Why can't both of you agree to a different lines service??? You're just going to throw in the towel over this????

They didn't agree to "use" SBR Odds. Rule 5 seems to point out that Pinny, BetJam and 5 Dimes lines are the ones used. The verification process involves SBR Odds.

But SBR lines for vertification is priceless. It's a very nice free line service, but oh boy whoever uses it for a contest has to be on crack.

While its up the top - I have respect for both Nicky and LT as posters here at SBR. I couldn't really care less what they do away from the site. However it seems to me like in this instance LT was angle shooting. Just as he knows that his best advantage comes with betting into early lines, he knew that Nicky thought his strength was betting as late as possible. The fact that SBR time stamped the +183 at 7:06 and Nicky posted at 7:05 with that line from pinnacle and it was supported as the closer from LVinsider confirms that Nicky is being honest and betting into a line that was available when he posted.

Everyone knows that SBRodds is just a guide and often times the line has moved by minutes before SBR updates their odds. The simplest solution to making this contest happen would have been for screenshots to be posted on any bet where a poster challenged it. Not relying off a stale odds service that eventually updated to the correct price anyway.

Sad that this contest fell apart on that dispute.
